Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions in design, visuals, and user experience.
- Execute all visual design stages—from concept to final hand-off to development.
- Develop original ideas that simplify complex design elements and enhance user-friendliness.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user scenarios, process flows, and sitemaps to visually communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and analyze feedback to identify areas for design improvement.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Design and deliver user interfaces using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Test and refine designs based on user feedback and analytics to improve the user experience.
