Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects within strict deadlines and budget constraints using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Define project goals, tasks, and deliverables together with management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans and related documentation using tools such as Jira and Trello.
- Clearly and timely communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Assess resources and select team members necessary to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare and present budget proposals and, if necessary, suggest budget adjustments.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities among team members using resource management systems.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues and team conflicts.
